Every year 150 small businesses receive a $20k GoodSpark Grant from Desjardins. Sure, the money goes a long way for these business owners but, as a financial institution that was founded on supporting local businesses, we wanted to find ways to make these entrepreneurs feel like the relationship was more than transactional.
We wanted to find a way to make them feel truly appreciated. And what better way to do that than through the words, actions and emotional support from their regulars?
